The Weekly Loan System is designed for receipt printing and works with mobile devices, such as tablets, for payment collection.

• Loan Control: Allows working with weekly installments of 10, 13, and 15 weeks.
• Route Control: Supports managing up to 500 routes within the same system.
• Clients: Maintains customer records, sets credit limits for each client, and assigns specific routes. In the tablet collection version, the system classifies clients by sectors and assigns a payment priority. This feature helps determine the order of collections within a route, without relying on a person who knows the route.
• Collection List: Displays a summary of the number of receipts and total amount to collect for each route. It also shows the total amount to collect for all routes on a specific date or within a date range. The list can be searched by client, route, and zones or sub-zones.
• Late Payment Report: Allows for viewing and printing a list of all overdue loans, grouped and detailed by client, route, zone, sub-zone, and within a specific date range, per client and loan.
• Late Payment on Receipts: Shows which loans have late payments before printing, the number of overdue loans, and the total overdue amount. In the tablet version, you can see which sectors within a specific route have the most overdue payments, allowing collection strategies to be focused on these areas and planning loans by sectors.
• Receipt Printing: Enables printing receipts for a specific client, route, and date range. It is a key control point since it only prints receipts with amounts due, excluding paid or advance accounts.
• Advance Control: Based on the date, the system determines if an installment is paid in advance or overdue. It allows viewing and printing overdue payments by client, route, sector, loan, and a specific date range.
• Late Payment Notification: The system includes a platform that sends an SMS directly to the client’s mobile phone, notifying them of any overdue payment and informing them that they will be reported to credit agencies if payment is not made. This ensures that clients who have already paid can contact the office to confirm whether the payment was recorded.
• Delivery Notification: Sends an SMS to the client’s mobile phone, whether or not they have internet, confirming the loan disbursement and the date it was provided. All SMS messages are recorded in a database, with a code, the message sent, the time it was sent, and the recipient's phone number.
• Tablet Payment Collection: In the new version, receipts no longer need to be printed. Instead, the collection list is downloaded onto the device, and upon return, the payment information is uploaded from the tablet to the server. This saves time and money, as receipts are only printed once the payment is confirmed.
• Collection Order Control: The new version includes a payment order feature, where overdue payments are collected first, followed by the current installment or the one due that week. Finally, if the client has no overdue balance and no current installment due, they can pay in advance. The system prevents any payment or deposit on a current installment if there is an overdue balance.
